Over the years I’ve written all sorts of music and to make some sense of it I’ve tried to group them into areas. Inevitably there will be some differences in approach and some overlap.
Ensemble – These are pieces intended for performance by classical ensembles of various sizes.
Choral – These songs are written and arraanged for community choirs and the like and are accompanied by recordings and videos to assist in the teaching of the various parts.
Tunes – Standalone tunes well suited to sessions and anywhere a standalone tune might be useful
Songs – These are songs written for performance in folk clubs and similar. Several were regularly performed by myself and my husband Chrris.
